Hifirst (Linxia prefecture) Food supply chain Technology Co., LTD jointly established by China’s listed food company Hifirst Foods and the local agricultural investment group, focuses on building a halal food production and supply base targeting Central Asia, South Asia, and Central/Eastern Europe. It integrates prepared dish processing, smart central kitchens, and an industrial internet platform.Following strategies of industrialization, eco-friendly chain extension, standardization, specialized production, chain operations, and digital marketing, the company employs advanced digital equipment and production lines for halal meat processing and prepared dishes. Supporting facilities include R&D, quality control, e-commerce, and cold chain logistics.Its products span six categories (precision-cut meat, marinated meat, sausages, meatballs, dim sum, and prepared dishes) with 142 varieties. The annual capacity reaches 90,000 tons, targeting a CNY 5 billion output. With partnerships in Malaysia and Indonesia, this project boosts Linxia’s entire meat industry chain, integrates three industries, enhances foreign trade, and aligns with the Belt and Road Initiative. The company aims to build China’s largest ethnic food industrial park (prepared dish tech hub) by 2025.
