New Dongyue Group was restructured in October 2003 from the original Dongping Agricultural Machinery Factory founded in 1952 and the former state-owned Dongping Rubber Factory established in 1970. After more than 50 years of accumulation and development, it has now become a group company with tires as its main business and an industrial chain of reduced rubber and rubber machinery.
