Shanghai Machinery Equipment Complete Set (Group) Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Machinery Equipment Complete Set (Group) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shanghai Machinery Equipment Complete Set Bureau, was established in 1959. It has been under the management of the Ministry of Machinery, the Ministry of Materials, the Shanghai Municipal Planning Commission, the Economic Commission and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. In 1999, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, it was restructured into a state-owned diversified investment enterprise group. In 2006, it was controlled by Shanghai Foreign Economic and Trade Group. In 2011, it was placed under Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. together with Shanghai Foreign Economic and Trade Group and listed as a whole. The Complete Plant Group is the vice-president unit of the China Machinery Equipment Complete Engineering Association and the chairman unit of the Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Bidding Industry Association.
