Now we also can supply wallets ,coolerbags , Backpack, shopping bags, foldable bags and more.Production FacilitiesOur modern, well-equipped factory is regularly audited by the representatives ofthe retailers that we supply to include WRT quality systems, production capabilities,safety and social awareness. The most recent audit carried out at our productionfacilities was done at April 2010 for Target Australia. All equipment is less thanfive years old and the majority of sewing machines are imported Japan and Germany. We operate vertically with wholly-owned factory which manufacturing canvas,cotton , PVC,and PU for our own consumption.Product DevelopmentOur average product development lead time for new fashion styles is 45-60 dayswith a quicker turn around for core and replenishment styles. We have a wellestablishedand experienced sample department. The normal turn around time forinitial fit and rail samples is one week. they are up-to-date with current fashion anddesign trends. We also employ an in-house graphic artist to generate originalartworks for rotary and placement prints.Quality ControlWe have implemented a stringent quality control program through the formaltraining of QA management and the development of a written QA manual at thefactory.Quality inspection takes place on all raw materials on receipt. Bulk patternand grading quality is assured through the making of pre production samples, fullsize sets and a pre production meeting involving QA, technical and productionpersonnel.Inline inspections and measurements are carried out during manufacture.Final inspections employ level 1 AQL 2.5% standards. Our packing and ticketingareas are separated by client allowing us to concentrate on specific packing,ticketing and labeling, metal detection etc requirements of the individual clients.
